In this section there are skilled professionals for development of the projects in 2D and 3D CAD. The software used is the Solidworks.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

AUTOMOLDES is equipped with CNC machining centers that use as CAD software the PowerSHAPE and as CAM the Powermill.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"icon_edm\"<\/a>EDM \/ WIRE CUT<\/h3>\n

In this section is made the finishing of micro-detail by EDM and is performed the cutting and rectification by wire cutting.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

In this section is held the adjustment of the tool, polishing and small corrections. In addition, in this section is made the final mold assembly.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After finishing the execution of the mold, are performed the first tests on the tool to obtain the first samples.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"icon_analise\"<\/a>METROLOGY AND CORRECTIONS<\/h3>\n

Once tested the mold, is performed a dimensional analysis and study on the samples and on the cavity and core of the mould, and there are set the corrections that are necessary implement in the mold for fulfil the requirements.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>
